As a Career Coach at Head Held High Foundation, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies aligned with program goals. You will build relationships with local institutions to effectively deliver the program and orient students about career guidance and essential requirements. Your role will involve delivering content on Career Guidance & Counselling, Employability Skills, 21st Century Skills, and STEM, along with conducting assessments and providing reports. A key aspect of your job will be assessing students" strengths, skills, and aspirations to define clear career goals and offer guidance on career paths and skill development. You will also assist students with resume and cover letter writing, conduct mock interviews, and facilitate networking strategies. Furthermore, you will foster self-awareness and help students make informed decisions to address work-related challenges and transitions. Maintaining ongoing communication with students to empower them to navigate the job market, enhance job satisfaction, and achieve their career aspirations will be crucial. You will work directly with 4-5 colleges at the district level to provide career coaching and support to nodal officers and faculty for the systematic rollout of guidance and psychometric assessments. Additionally, you will ensure continued support and facilitation for the implementation and monitoring of progress. To qualify for this position, you must hold an advanced university degree in education, science & technology, or mathematics with at least 3 years of relevant experience. It is essential to demonstrate knowledge of technical aspects of similar programs and interventions. Effective communication with various stakeholders and proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and E-learning platforms are required. Fluency in Hindi and English is also expected. Strong expertise in Core and Advanced Python , including OOPs, file handling, error handling, decorators, generators, multithreading, DSA, libraries etc. Practical experience with Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Flask/Django is a must. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and/or local languages. Prior experience with curriculum development, LMS platforms, or conducting bootcamps is an added advantage. You will be responsible for imparting knowledge to the workforce at the site regarding WTG and downstream electrical equipment installation, commissioning procedures, and quality checks. Additionally, you will need to have experience in renewables plant-related electrical equipment testing and handover processes, as well as knowledge in testing and SCADA communications. Your role will involve developing training content for project-related trainings, conducting current skill level assessments, and delivering trainings to address any skill gaps. You will also be required to provide structured training to new joiners based on the capabilities needed for their specific job roles. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to keep records of trainings, maintain management information systems (MIS), and share training reports. Frequent travel to sites will be necessary for training delivery purposes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.E. in Electrical Engineering with 8-14 years of experience. A PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable plant commissioning, as well as electrical substation and switchyard commissioning.,

HR Mapping & Deployment Manager (TFL - WS) To lead workforce planning, role mapping, and strategic deployment of human resources across business units, ensuring optimal alignment of talent with organizational needs, succession planning, and operational efficiency. Role & responsibilities: Design and implement role mapping frameworks aligned with organizational structure and job families. Conduct manpower planning exercises in coordination with business heads and functional leaders. Lead deployment strategies for new projects, expansions, and restructuring initiatives. Analyze skill gaps and recommend redeployment, upskilling, or hiring interventions. Maintain and update the organizations position control and headcount dashboards.
