SAT INDIA - Urgently Looking for HR Intern at Lamdapura, Vadodara, Gujarat. Position: HR Intern Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (or equivalent degree in commerce or business-related field) Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply) Salary: As per industry standards Job Roles & Responsibility: -Generate and prepare daily attendance reports - Check and update daily administrative work - Oversee and report on housekeeping activities - Manage stationery stock – handle inward and outward entries - Maintain and monitor pantry (pentry) stock levels - Coordinate with HR/Recruitment team for plant-level hiring processes - Verify and ensure proper implementation of company policies - Distribute salary slips to employees as per schedule - Fill and update cleanliness and housekeeping checklists - Support coordination with contractor labor when required - Participate in cleaning reward programs and provide feedback - Submit accurate daily HR/admin reports in the prescribed format - Follow and support compliance with all organizational systems, processes, and policies Required Skills Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Keen interest in learning and development activities Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Basic documentation and record-keeping skills Attention to detail and ability to follow organizational systems and processes Professional and cooperative attitude Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹8,086.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
