HR Internship – Job Description

Position: HR Intern
Location: Phase 8B Industrial Area Mohali
Duration: 3–6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various aspects of Human Resource Management, allowing you to gain valuable experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Work on HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
• Help with payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
• Conduct market research on HR trends, best practices, and benchmarking.
• Provide support to the HR team on day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
