HR Internship – Job Description Position: HR Intern Location: Phase 8B Industrial Area Mohali Duration: 3–6 Months About the Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various aspects of Human Resource Management, allowing you to gain valuable experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment : job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Work on HR policies, compliance, and documentation . Help with payroll inputs and attendance tracking. Conduct market research on HR trends, best practices, and benchmarking. Provide support to the HR team on day-to-day operations. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
