Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidate interest and fit.
• Maintain and update candidate data in Excel or ATS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support HR team in daily recruitment tasks and documentation.
• Participate in onboarding activities if required.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
  

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Interest in HR & recruitment
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  

Eligibility

• Any degree: BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA (HR), MSW (HR), or any UG/PG freshers can apply
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates staying near Ambattur or comfortable commuting are preferred
