Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate HR Intern to support our recruitment function. You’ll get hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and exposure to a fast-growing startup environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Write and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, etc.).
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update progress reports.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
• Contribute to HR operations, employee engagement, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
