HR Intern – Recruitment


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    , including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination of interviews.
  • Post job requirements on various portals like

    LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal job boards

    .
  • Maintain and update the

    candidate database

    and track applications through the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial

    telephonic screening

    to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand

    position requirements

    and timelines.
  • Support in preparing , offer letters, and recruitment-related reports.
  • Help organize

    walk-in drives and campus hiring events

    , if any.
  • Contribute to improving the

    recruitment process

    by providing creative suggestions.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Strong

    organizational and multitasking abilities

    .
  • Basic knowledge of

    MS Excel / Google Sheets

    for tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with

    job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

    is an added advantage.
