Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern (Recruitment) located in Pune. The HR Intern will assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial candidate interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The intern will also be involved in maintaining applicant tracking systems, supporting onboarding processes, and assisting in various HR-related administrative tasks.

Stipend - Rs. 5000 per month + canteen free

Duration - 3-6 months.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and understanding of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
