Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Help in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Organize employee engagement activities.
  • Provide support in HR policies and compliance.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with internship experience in HR can apply.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR concepts.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
