HR Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The intern will support the HR department in various day-to-day tasks including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Help with HR operations and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain HR databases and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
