HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
• Support onboarding activities like documentation, induction planning, and employee joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and reports.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Support in performance appraisal and training coordination tasks.
• Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records.
• Handle general HR administrative duties as assigned by the manager.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
