HR Intern

As an HR Intern at MoneyWeaver, you will be responsible for assisting in organizing and executing campus hiring & internship programs, coordinating with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), managing candidate databases, supporting intern onboarding and training sessions, and contributing to employer branding initiatives in colleges and on social media. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in organizing and executing campus hiring & internship. - Coordinate with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs). - Help manage candidate databases and track recruitment activities. - Support intern onboarding, training sessions, and performance reviews. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives in colleges and on social media. Qualifications Required: - Must be a current student (Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Willingness to commit part-time hours alongside studies. - Interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent acquisition, or campus recruitment. - Familiarity with basic tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Email, Zoom/Meet) training will be provided.
