Role Description

As a Platform Engineering Intern at Money-Weaver, you will help set up the foundational infrastructure for our fintech platform — including backend services, databases, APIs, and cloud deployment. You’ll work closely with the backend and frontend teams to ensure our platform is secure, scalable, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities Areas

1. Configure and maintain backend infrastructure (servers, CI/CD pipelines, environments).2. Set up and manage databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB).3. Support API gateway, load balancing, and service orchestration.4. Implement basic monitoring, error logging, and deployment automation.5. Ensure security and scalability in all deployments.


Skills Required

1. Basic understanding of Go / python / Node.js backend setup.2. Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes / AWS / GCP.3. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).4. Strong understanding of networking, REST APIs, and Linux systems.5. Eagerness to learn cloud deployment and fintech infrastructure.


Preferred Background

1. Computer Science / IT undergraduates with DevOps or cloud projects.2. Familiarity with fintech data structures or microservices architecture.
