This role offers hands-on training in recruitment processes, coordination with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and campus outreach activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Organize and execute campus hiring and internship programs. - Collaborate with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) to facilitate recruitment processes. - Manage candidate databases and track recruitment activities. - Assist in intern onboarding, training sessions, and performance reviews. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives in colleges and on social media platforms. **Requirements:** - Current student pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and organizational abilities. - Willingness to commit part-time hours while continuing studies. - Interest in building a career in HR, talent acquisition, or campus recruitment. - Familiarity with basic tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Email, and Zoom/Meet (training will be provided). In terms of compensation, this internship is unpaid. However, successful interns will receive an Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation.
