Role Description

We are looking for a passionate HR Executive to lead internship and campus recruitment programs across colleges in India. You will be responsible for building relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), coordinating hiring drives, and creating a smooth pipeline of interns and full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) for recruitment activities.
• Assist in planning and executing internship & campus hiring drives.
• Help manage intern onboarding, training coordination, and performance tracking.
• Maintain databases of candidates and colleges.
• Support employer branding efforts in colleges and on social media.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program (HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in talent acquisition, HR operations, and campus relations.
• Familiarity with open-source HR/recruitment tools (OrangeHRM, OpenCATS, LibreOffice, Jitsi, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to dedicate time alongside studies.

Stipend/Compensation

• This is an unpaid internship.
• Internship certificate and Letter of Recommendation will be provided.
• High-performing interns may be offered a full-time HR role after graduation.
