Job Description

Position: HR Intern (Male & Female)
Duration: 6 Months – 1 Year
Work Mode: In-Person

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Intern to support our internal team coordination and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about team management, performance tracking, and people operations to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and assignments.
  • Track and report task progress; follow up on pending deliverables.
  • Conduct basic quality checks on completed work using predefined checklists.
  • Maintain daily and weekly task trackers and performance reports.
  • Assist in identifying workflow/process gaps and suggesting improvements.
  • Draft internal communications, work schedules, reminders, circulars, and minutes of meetings.
  • Support HR documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal systems, productivity standards, and operational protocols.

Required Skills:

  • Strong coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of workflow or project management tools.
  • Good command over MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Self-discipline and a proactive attitude toward task ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA / PGDM in HR, Operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing teams or workflows is an added advantage.
  • Interest in HR operations, employee performance monitoring, and team management.
  • Fluency in English and bilingual proficiency in languages such as Urdu or Hindi is preferred.
