Male Office assistant – Location: Markaz Knowledge City

We are looking for a Smart and well-organized individual to join our team as Male-office-Assistant Intern role .If you have good communication and computer skills, enjoy coordinating with people, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll be doing:

* Handling Day to Day activities such as Front Desk Management Books Packing, Post Office Dealings, stock follow-ups and other activities.

* Coordinating with different departments to understand what items or services need to be arranged

* Communicating and follow-up with customers to ensure timely delivery

* Keeping records organized and making sure everything follows company rules and regulations.

What we’re looking for:

* Co-ordination and communication skills

* Good attention to detail and ability to handle multi-tasks.

* Basic computer knowledge (especially Excel and Word)

* Ability to complete work on time.
