Role Description

This internship role as a Human Resources Intern is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR. The primary responsibilities include supporting HR processes such as placement coordination, support with recruitment team, client relations, employee management, and personnel management. This is an on-site position located in Trivandrum.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Familiarity with Employee Management and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn about various HR functions
  • MBA in HR or related field.


This is an unpaid internship from trivandrum.

Duration: 1-3 months
