This includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. You will also be involved in talent sourcing by helping screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Employee engagement is a key aspect of our company culture, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to organizing events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for HR administration tasks such as updating HR databases, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
