Location: No 85, 3rd Floor, Hegganahalli Main Road, Peenya 2nd Stage, Bangalore, Karnataka
Work Mode: Hybrid — 3 days work from office & 3 days work from home

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for someone eager to kick-start their HR career by gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work closely with the HR department to support day-to-day tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain and update employee records
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Help manage attendance, leaves, and basic HR operations
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned
