Role Summary

Support our HR operations to build a seamless talent experience in a fast-growing educational tech environment. You’ll handle recruitment, onboarding, data management, and engagement activities—while learning HR best practices firsthand.

Key Tasks

• Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate follow‑ups
• Assist with onboarding: orientation setup, document collection, and HR admin
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR metrics
• Help plan internal events and support employer branding initiatives
• Research HR trends or benchmarks and assist in policy drafting

Ideal Profile

• Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette
• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets (Excel preferred)
• Organized, diligent, and comfortable handling confidential info
