Job Description

HR Intern

Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Assist in preparing HR reports and documents
Support internal communications and announcements
Help coordinate employee engagement activities
Assist in planning and executing training sessions
Track attendance and feedback from trainings
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
Assist with compliance and audit documentation
Support payroll and attendance tracking
Handle employee benefits-related queries
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices
Participate in special HR projects or initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Help improve and streamline HR process
Assist in placement processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification : MBA in HR

Good communication skill

Language : English ( Required)
