Internship / Trainee Opportunity: As HR Intern at Aifer Education Pvt Ltd, Calicut

Duration: 6 months +.....

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

Second Saturday and Sundays are weekly offs

Office Hours: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM

Location: Chevayur, Calicut

Responsibilities:

Assisting the HR team in daily operations

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities

Maintaining and updating HR databases

Other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters/Degree/Diploma or any certified course in HR.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Proficiency in MS Office is a plus

Mindset to learn and initiate yourself
