Job Description

Job Description: As a Field HR intern in Tirupur, your main role will be to support the company in hiring and HR operations for a period of 2 months. You will be responsible for assisting in various HR tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. - Help in onboarding new employees by completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. - Support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. - Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information with discretion. - Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. Please note that this is an internship opportunity with a stipend of 15k per month for a duration of 2 months. The work location will be in-person.,
