Job Title: HR Intern (Female Preferred)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Support administrative tasks related to HR functions
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Female candidates preferred
• Must be available to join immediately
• Candidates residing near Vyttila, Kochi or willing to relocate are preferred

Stipend: As per industry standards

Duration: 3 months (with potential for full-time opportunity based on performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
