About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administration. You'll work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and gain practical insights into organizational dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires Maintain HR databases, employee records, and update internal systems Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks Participate in drafting HR policies and communication materials Conduct market research on HR best practices and trends Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment Qualification - BBA, MBA (HR), PGDM (HR)
