HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Assist in drafting HR documents and policies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking as required
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a quick learner
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
