About the Role

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily

  HR operations

  activities.
• Assist with

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain HR databases and employee records.
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements.
• Support the HR team with reports, data, and day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

• MBA / PG students or fresh graduates specializing in

  Human Resources

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.

Stipend & Duration

• Stipend:

  Up to

  ₹15,000 per month

• Duration:

  3 months (Contractual)

• Work Location:

  Wonderla Chennai Park, Thaiyur

• Working Days:

  6 days a week

• Joining Requirement:

  Candidates who can

  join within a week

  will be preferred.
