Job Types: Full-time Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Make outbound calls to candidates based on job openings 2. Generate Interview Calls & shortlist potential candidates as per job requirements 3. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates 4. Maintain calling based recruitment activities, update the recruitment tracker and databases 5. Coordinate with hiring managers and provide updates on candidate progress 6. Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Skills: Good Communication, Different Hiring Portal Management, Recruitment.
