Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are passionate about Human Resources and want to gain real-time experience in various HR functions. This internship is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in HR and develop strong foundational skills in recruitment, operations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Perform cold calling and follow-up with potential candidates.
• Maintain and monitor attendance records and intern activity.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Help coordinate HR-related communications and meetings.
• Perform general HR administrative tasks and reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to execute HR strategies and improve intern engagement.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have their own laptop and a stable internet connection.
