We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join Bheema Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and support our HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. It is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist with drafting HR policies, letters, and performance evaluation formats.
Help plan employee engagement and training activities.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
