About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Calicut. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
