What You Will Do

As an HR Intern – Core HR Documentation, you will support essential HR functions such as:

  • Creating and maintaining HR documentation and employee records
  • Supporting onboarding documentation for new hires
  • Updating HR trackers, databases, and internal sheets
  • Assisting with attendance, leave, and basic compliance documentation
  • Drafting simple HR formats, templates, and internal communications
  • Organizing HR policies, SOPs, and process documents
  • Coordinating with the HR team to ensure accuracy and consistency in records

This role helps you understand how HR keeps an organization structured, compliant, and people-ready from day one.
