Job Description

Responsibilities -

1. Assist in drafting and posting job openings, and screening incoming resumes for shortlisting.
2. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, onboarding, and induction processes.
3. Help with HR documentation and maintaining employee records digitally.
4. Support the team in organizing employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
5. Assist HR managers in drafting communications and assisting with policy implementation or research.

Requirements / Qualification-

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
2. Organization and time management for scheduling, onboarding, and documentation.
3. Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR tools (e.g., job boards, ATS).
4. Data handling and reporting using spreadsheets
5. Empathy and positive attitude for handling employee queries and records.
