Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Indore for a HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist with daily HR operations, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks. The intern will help create and implement HR strategies, manage employee documentation, and provide support to the HR team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Personnel Management skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
