Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in HR, Finance, MBA, or M.Com
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates
• Strong interest in HR functions and recruitment activities

* We are preferring candidates from Thrissur.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and talent acquisition process
• Assist with HR documentation and daily administrative tasks
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Participate in HR initiatives and internal coordination
• Gain hands-on experience in HR operations and compliance

What We Offer

• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month
• Duration: 3 months of intensive learning and exposure
