As an Human Resources Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience managing real-time business processes, supporting cross-functional teams, and playing a key role in coordinating campus placement activities across colleges and universities.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Basic understanding of business operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to assist with campus outreach and placement coordination

Responsibilities

• Maintaining documents and records
• Manage Vendor Operations
• Work as per the direction by the management to handle various administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of the company
• campus placement coordination

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent logical skills/ problem solving skills
• A passion for learning, working independently with minimal direction
• Good to have Knowledge in MS Office
• Committed to meeting deadlines and skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good in preparing requisite documents.

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Location: Trivandrum

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
