Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern at our Delhi location. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day human resource functions, such as implementing HR policies, supporting personnel management, and coordinating employee benefits. The role involves providing administrative support to HR managers, maintaining employee records, and contributing to recruitment tasks.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and other HR tools is an added advantage
