We are seeking an experienced HR Integration Lead to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal/external systems. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow across HR, payroll, benefits, and other enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Workday integration tools, have a strong background in BIRT reporting, and bring both technical and functional expertise to HR technology initiatives .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, etc).
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and documents using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools).
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to understand requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Ensure integration security, compliance, and data integrity across all HR systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
- Manage Workday release updates, assessing impact on existing integrations and reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members or analysts.
- Document integration designs, workflows, and processes for operational sustainability .
Education/Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
- Strong expertise in Workday reporting, including BIRT for advanced/custom reports.
- Strong knowledge of Workday tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs,
- Experience with HR data, payroll, time tracking, benefits, and/or talent management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with both technical and functional teams.
- bachelors degree in Computer Science, HRIS/HR Technology, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience leading Workday integration projects in a global enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with security frameworks, SSO, and data privacy regulations (eg, GDPR).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
