This full- time role, based exclusively on-site in Gurgaon, involves developing and maintaining IBM TM1 Planning Analytics solutions. You will design and implement data models, develop complex business rules, create reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot system issues. Our focus is on enhancing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes using automation and AI to ensure accurate, integrated data and better decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain IBM TM1 Planning Analytics solutions. Design and implement TM1 data models, including cube design and dimension structures. Develop complex business rules, calculations, and data validations. Create and optimize reports and dashboards. Integrate TM1 with other finance applications. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications: Strong experience with IBM TM1 Planning Analytics solutions. Proficiency in TM1 Turbo Integrator development. Deep understanding of TM1 cube design, dimension structures, and rule optimization. Experience developing complex business rules, calculations, and data validations. Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes. Experience integrating TM1 with other finance applications. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as IBM Certified Developer - Cognos TM1, are a plus.
