Role Overview

As our HR Executive, you will partner with leadership to drive all facets of HR, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You’ll ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive, high‑performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate interviews, manage offer letters, and run new‑hire orientations

• Employee Relations

• Act as first point of contact for employee queries and concerns

• Facilitate regular check‑ins, performance appraisals, and exit interviews

• HR Administration

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies

• Learning & Development

• Identify training needs, organize workshops, and track skill‑up progress

• Culture & Engagement

• Plan team‑building events, rewards & recognition programs

• Gather feedback and drive initiatives to boost morale and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

   1+ year in HR generalist or HR Executive role

• Education:

   Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Skills & Tools:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office

• Understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality

• Mindset:

   Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
