Job Description

Looking for a skilled HR Help Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Responds to inquiries about employee benefit programs, including life, health, and disability insurance.
  • Ensures appropriate documentation is prepared for new hire transactions and existing employee changes.
  • May answer questions about benefits-related mailings and communications.
  • Performs research to resolve problems.
  • Applies subject matter knowledge to specific needs or requirements of specific problems.
  • Proactively adjusts to changing requirements while ensuring work complies with relevant professional disciplines.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Experience with job application accommodation and support.
