4-8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically within the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procurement modules. Configure and customize ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), and/or Accounts Payable Operations (APO) modules to meet business requirements. ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of core ServiceNow platform capabilities, including the Now Platform UI, Flow Designer, Service Portal, UI Builder, ACLs, and update sets.
