Role: HR Head

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Work Timing: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Location: Nandambakkam, Near To MIOT Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute HR projects, such as recruitment drives, training programs, and policy implementations.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Address employee relations issues, conflict resolutions, and make decisions aligning with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various departments to understand HR needs, align HR strategies with business goals, and ensure cohesive talent management and development.

Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify areas for HR process improvements, implement innovative solutions, and leverage technology to streamline HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment platforms, performance management tools, and other HR-related technologies.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in HR Management is a plus.

Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in multinational companies with diverse work forces and complex HR challenges.

Advanced certifications like SHRM-CP, SPHR, or Six Sigma.

Familiarity with HR analytics, AI tools for recruitment, automation in HR processes, and emerging trends in HR technology.
