Role & responsibilities

  • Adhere to the company policies, SOP, procedures & guidelines.
  • Formulation of policies, procedures & SOP as per business requirement.
  • Responsible for HR/IR/EHS/Admin functions.
  • Ensure manpower planning, recruitment, resourcing & Budgeting.
  • Ensure payroll administration & employee benefits.
  • Ensure legal compliance as per applicable act.
  • Establish liasoning with government officials, local administration & such other bodies.
  • Prepare & monitor training & development functions.
  • People Agenda & SIIR matrix
  • To ensure performance management system (KRA & KPI) of all the employees on time.
  • Adherence engagement, motivation and people happiness activities as per calendar.
  • Responsible for yearly, monthly & daily reward recognition.
  • Adherence cost saving project as per budget
  • To ensure 5S & safety in the plant.
  • To ensure Kaizens & suggestions for plant improvement.
  • To maintain the documentation of business standard of IATF, ISO, EMS, OHSAS.
  • To ensure implementation and effectiveness of SAP.
