Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets
  
• Assign recruitment tasks and manage workload distribution
  
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
  
• Resolve team issues and support professional development
  

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement effective IT recruitment strategies
  
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable hiring plans
  
• Set hiring goals, timelines, and KPIs for the recruitment team
  
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and best practices
  

End-to-End Recruitment

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  
• Handle critical or senior-level IT positions personally
  
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients or internal stakeholders
  
• Provide regular hiring status updates and recruitment metrics
  
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely closures
  
• Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  

Sourcing & Market Expertise

• Guide team on advanced sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)
  
• Stay updated on IT skill trends, market salaries, and competitor hiring practices
  
• Ensure talent pipeline development for niche and high-demand technologies
  

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratio, and offer acceptance rate
  
• Improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports
  
• Track recruiter performance and hiring progress
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ATS data
