Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage

    recruitment and onboarding

    for engineers, architects, marketing, and site staff.
  • Maintain and update

    employee records, attendance, and payroll

    .
  • Handle

    performance reviews, salary revisions, and HR documentation

    (Offer letters, Appointment letters, Experience, and Relieving letters).
  • Ensure smooth execution of

    employee engagement programs

    and company events.
  • Monitor

    site-level manpower planning

    and ensure compliance with labor and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with management for

    monthly HR reports and evaluation

    .
  • Support in

    training & development

    and maintaining company culture and discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / MBA in HR

    (preferred)
  • Minimum

    2 years of HR experience

    in Construction / Real Estate industry
  • Strong communication skills in

    English, Kannada, and Hindi

  • Good knowledge of

    MS Excel, HRMS software, and documentation

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask between office and site-level staff
