Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, supporting various HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Support payroll and benefits administration processes.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies.
Support training and development activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
