Job Description: Executive / Sr. Executive – HR Generalist (Remote)

Location: Remote

Experience: 5–8 years (Relevant experience in performance management and employee engagement, with a minimum of 3 years specialising in PMS.)

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience)

Job Summary

Performance Management and Employee Engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end

  Performance Management process

  —goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Partner with leadership to align

  KRAs, KPIs, and OKRs

  with business goals.
• Train and support managers and employees on PMS processes and tools.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements.
• Lead employee engagement programs—surveys, recognition, wellness, and team-building activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
• Use Keka HR or similar HRMS tools for managing appraisals, feedback, and reporting.
• Maintain and present key HR metrics and dashboards for leadership review.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of

  Performance Management frameworks (KRAs, KPIs, OKRs).

• Experience in employee engagement program design and execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Keka HR preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
