Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and HR databases Handle employee grievances and ensure employee satisfaction Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance Coordinate training and development programs Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws Support performance management initiatives Organize employee engagement activities and internal events Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive/Generalist Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
